WAIT, WHAT EXACTLY IS RAMEN?

TO BREAK IT DOWN IN BASIC TERMS FOR YA, RAMEN IS broth, oil, tare, noodles and toppings! ITS ORIGINS ARE JAPANESE, BUT WE PUT OUR OWN SPIN ON THINGS. WE USE LOCAL INGREDIENTS AND HOMEMADE TARE (THE PRIMARY SEASONING ELEMENT OF THE BROTH) TO MAKE EACH DISH UNIQUE AND FLAVOURFUL. BAD BONES RAMEN IS AUTHENTIC, THOUGH ANYTHING BUT TRADITIONAL.

wHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SHOYU AND MISO?

SHOYU IS OUR SOY SAUCE AND GINGER BASED TARE. WITH HINTS OF GARLIC, CHILIS AND APPLE, IT KICKS YOUR TASTEBUDS WITH A SAVOURY UMAMI FLAVOUR THAT WILL KEEP YOU ASKING FOR MORE.

MISO TARE CREATES A FULL-BODIED, FLAVOURFUL BROTH THAT HAS SWEET AND SPICY ELEMENTS. WE MIX RED AND WHITE MISO PASTE WITH CHILIS, GINGER, AND HONEY TO MAKE EVERY MOUTHFUL BETTER THAN THE LAST.

(OH GEEZ, WE DIDN’T MEAN TO MAKE YOU DROOL LIKE THAT!)
